After being on amoxicillin for 7 days (for his double ear infection), Dax had a red rash break out all over. The pediatrician said he's allergic to penicillin-class antibiotics. :( Luckily, his ear infection is all cleared up, and the ruptured eardrum is completely healed. She was very pleased with how he looked (rash not-withstanding), so we didn't even put him on another prescription. The rash didn't slow Dax down at all, naturally. The rash actually got a little worse than these pictures, but it is already fading quickly.
